LOS ANGELES, CA – A widely successful season for the No. 17 University of San Diego men's tennis team came to a close on Saturday, falling to No. 13 Southern California in the second round of the NCAA Tournament, 4-1.
 
USC captured the doubles point with wins at No. 2 and No. 3.
 
In singles play, Will Davies knotted the overall score at 1-1 with a 6-4, 6-1 win at No. 6.
 
USC won at No. 4, No. 5, and No. 1 to clinch the victory.
 
San Diego ends the season with a 23-4 record, advancing to the NCAA second round for the eighth time in the last 11 years.
