SAN DIEGO – Head coach
Nadia Abdala and the San Diego women's tennis program have added a new member to the team to begin play in the spring, signing
Kristina Nordikyan as an incoming freshman.
A native of Panorama City, Calif., Nordikyan is five-star recruit according to the Tennis Recruiting Network, checking in at No. 43 in the nation and No. 9 in the state of California. Nordikyan has been an active competitor on the ITF Junior circuit and joins a team featuring several ranked players.
An accomplished student, Nordikyan was on the honor roll her entire high school tenure at California Connections Academy and intends to major in psychology in college.
Nordikyan joins Miami transfer
Mia Mack as newcomers for the 2023-24 season and will be the lone freshman on the roster this spring.
