SAN DIEGO – San Diego Men's Tennis hosted the 67^th Annual Men's USTA SoCal Intercollegiate Championships over the weekend, ending with an all-USD doubles title and Toreros reaching both finals.  
 
That marks three tournaments, six of six finals reached and three titles to start the Toreros fall tennis season. The toreros also won both titles at the ITA All-American Championships on Sunday and reached both finals of the highly touted Battle in the Bay on Sept. 15.
 
In Sunday's final at the Hogan Tennis Center the duo of graduate Blake Kasday and freshman Adrien Berrut topped their junior teammates Nikhil Niranjan and Neo Niedner, 7-6 (7-5). It was the third tiebreaker win in the four-match single elimination title run for Kasday and Berrut.
 
Niedner also found success in the singles main draw, however also falling in the final. He was topped by Sergi Mico Fenollar of Utah State, 6-1, 6-4 in the final Sunday. Berrut reached the quarterfinal of the singles main draw as well.
