SAN DIEGO – The No. 23 San Diego women's tennis program (15-6, 5-1 WCC) is set to open their run at the 2024 WCC Tournament, competing as the No. 2 seed at the Aztec Tennis Center beginning on Friday at 1:30 p.m.
The Toreros will open with the semifinal against No. 3 seed Pacific (14-6, 4-2 WCC) Should the Toreros win, they will either face No. 1 seed Pepperdine (15-6, 6-0 WCC) or No. 4 seed LMU (11-10, 5-3 WCC) on Saturday at 2 p.m.
LAST TIME OUT
- The Toreros dropped their regular season finale to No. 8 Pepperdine on Apr. 19, falling 4-0.
- Filippa Bruu-Syversen and Jordyn McBride turned in a strong performance at No. 3 doubles with a 6-3 win.
