Biography
FRESHMAN (2013-14): Was coxswain for 2V4 at Longhorn Invite, Pac-12 Challenge, Lake Natoma Invite, and Crew Classic... Led 2V4 to fifth place finish at Crew Classic Grand Final.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Cosumnes Oaks High School in Elk Grove, Calif... Competed in swimming and was woodwind lieutenant of marching band... Graduated in top ten of her class.
PERSONAL: Born March 22, 1995 in Houston, Texas to Teresa Rodriguez-Wargo and Ed Wargo... Chose USD because it feels like home... Was also recruited by New Mexico, Northern Arizona, and the University of Boston... She loves to dance, hiking, and practicing handgun target shooting... Hopes to live in Hobart, Australia someday... Will spend the summer of 2014 at an archaeological dig in Ireland... Plans to pursue master[apos]s degree in biological anthropology... Plays piano, tenor saxophone, violin, chimes/bells, bassoon, and is in a gamelan ensemble.
