Coach Ryan Keckley about David Norfeldt:
"I think one of David’s most important qualities is his honesty. He’s just got an easy-going sense to him and is a very likable guy. He does what he’s told and does it without pushback. He’s an extremely gifted tennis player and has some of the biggest upside on the team. Through thick and think, he’s always there for his teammates.”

- Reached the doubles quarterfinals in the ITA Southwest Regionals with Nico Borter in October 2019
SOPHOMORE (2018-19)
- All-WCC honorable mention in singles

- WCC Doubles Team of the Week with Guus Koevermans (Feb. 19)
- In singles, compiled a 16-12 overall record, 12-6 dual match record, and 5-0 WCC record
- Went 1-0 in the No. 4 position, 9-6 in the No. 5 position, and 2-0 in the No. 6 position in singles dual matches
- In doubles, played a majority of matches with Guus Koevermans and compiled a 12-3 overall record, 12-3 dual match record, and 5-0 WCC record
- Went 2-0 at the No. 2 position and 10-3 at the No. 3 position in doubles
FRESHMAN (2017-18)
- Secured USD's fifth consecutive WCC Tournament title with the clinching point in the championship match against Loyola Marymount (April 28)
- Went 12-8 overall in single matches, 12-8 in dual matches and 5-1 in WCC play
- Played a majority of the singles season at No. 5 and went 6-6
- Played most doubles matches with Alex Araouzos and went 7-4 overall, 7-4 in dual matches and 4-2 in WCC play
NATIONAL TEAM
- Has competed for Sweden in international competitions
- Competed at the European Championship (2014, 2016) and at the Junior World Championship (2014)
- Won silver at the 2016 Swedish Championship

- A 2017 graduate of Katrinelands-Gymnasiet in Gothenburg, Sweden
- Played club for Goteborgs Lawn-Tennisklubb (GLTK) from 2009-17
