JUNIOR (2022-23)
- Competed in six cross country events for the Toreros
- Also competed in six track meets for the Toreros
- Set a 10k PR of 31:53.3 at the NCAA Division I West Region Cross Country Championships
- Finished fourth at the PLNU Invitational with a 1500m time of 4:02.58
SOPHOMORE (2021-22)
- Raced in five cross country events including the WCC Championship and NCAA West Regional
- Set an 8K PR with a time of 26:06.1 at the Highlander Invite
- Placed 69th at the WCC Championship with a time of 26:54.6
- Finished 177th at the NCAA West Regional with a 10K mark of 33:53.1
- Also raced in four track & field meets
- Placed 16th in the 1500m with a PR time of 4:03.52
FRESHMAN (Spring 2021)
- Competed at the WCC XC Championships for San Diego
- Finished 58th overall and third among USD runners with a time of 26:50.2
- Also raced in five track & field meets, running in the 1500m, 5000m and 10000m
- Finished ninth in the 5000m at the APU Franson Classic with a time of 15:51.52
HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB
- Was a multi-sport athlete competing in nordic skiing, cross country and track and field
- Served as the cross country team captain in 2020
- Team was the 2019 Minnesota Cross Country State Champions
- Team placed fourth in the state championships in 2020
- Named an All-State Cross Country selection in 2020
- Earned All-Section honors in 2019 and 2020
- Named an All-Conference selection twice (2019 and 2020)
- Named the Team MVP in 2020

- Named a National Merit Scholarship Finalist
