Biography
FRESHMAN (2025)
- Raced in all six meets for the Toreros
- Finished 14th overall at the Master’s Invitational (September 20) with a time of 22:40.8, good for USD’s third-best time as the Toreros finished second in the team scoring
- Logged her PR at the Highlander Invite (October 18), completing the 6K course in 22:10.9, good for USD’s fourth-best time
- Recorded San Diego’s third best time at 22:49.1 during the WCC Championships (November 1)
- Made her collegiate debut at the Aztec Coastal Classic, completing the 5K course in 19:08, which was USD’s third-best time
HIGH SCHOOL
- Attended Rocky Mountain High School in Meridian, Idaho where she was the 2025 Track and Field Team Captain
- Finished fourth in the 2024 Idaho State Cross Country Meet
- Won the 2024 Nike Cross Country Regionals North West meet
- Earned six Idaho Athlete Academic awards while graduating with the highest honors, including being an AP Scholar
PERSONAL
- Daughter of Bradley and Lacey Hom
- Has two sisters, Reagan and Sydney
- Aspires to be a doctor, despite being unable to swallow a pill
- Wanted to try something out of her comfort zone as most of her classmates in Idaho attend mostly the same universities, realizing USD was the place for her, will be moving out of the Gem State for the first time in her life
