SENIOR (2022-23)
- Competed in six cross country events for the Toreros
- Also competed in six track meets for the Toreros
- Set a 6k PR of 22:22.5 at the NCAA Division I West Region Cross Country ChampionshipsÂ
- Finished 10th at the Ross and Sharon Irwin meet with a 5000m time of 18:41.91
- Set a 1500m PR of 5:02.28 at the 2023 Triton Invite, finishing 32nd
- Finished 13th at the Steve Scott Invitational with a mile time of 5:35.63
JUNIOR (2021)
- Competed in six meets, including the NCAA West Regional
- Took home third place at the USD Invite with a time of 23:15.3 (6K)
- Set PR's in the 5K and 6K her next two races, with a 19:25.4 at the Joe Piane Invitational and a 22:44.6 at the Highlander Invitational
- Placed 64th at the WCC Championships, with a time of 23:27.7
- Finished 200th at the NCAA West Regional with a mark of 23:19.6
SOPHOMORE (2020-21)
- Competed at the WCC Championships, finishing 58th overall with a time of 23:48.3
- Named a WCC All-Academic honorable mention selection
HIGH SCHOOL
- Served as the cross country captain in 2018
- Won the Mark Cotton Award (2019) and Most Inspirational Athlete (2017, 2018)
- Team finished 10th at the OSAA 6A State Championships (2017)
- Earned the OSAA Academic All-State Team Award (2015)
- Team finished in the top 5 at OSAA 6A Cross Country State Championships (2015)
- Individual qualifier for the cross country state championship (2016)
- Ran the 3000m at the track and field state championship (2016)
- Named Team MVP for cross country (2016)
- Earned Portland Tribune Athlete of the Week honors (2016)
- Named Grant High School Athlete of the Week (2016, 2017, 2018)
- Also played soccer in high school
PERSONAL
- Daughter of Jordan and Angela Holt, has two siblings, Keaton and Henry
- Brother Keaton runs cross country and track at Trinity University
- Graduated valedictorian of her class
- Served as the National Honor Society Vice President (2017-2019)
- Volunteered in her community through Providence Hospital and Multnomah County Library
- Served as a volunteer English teacher at La Puerta Abierta in Santiago Atitlan, Guatemala (2019)
- Enjoys traveling, swimming, paddle boarding, hiking and practicing Spanish
