- Four-year CIF Scholar Athlete honor while at Notre Dame High School
- 2023 Most Valuable runner and 2025 Most Valuable Distance Runner Award winner
- Helped her team win the Mission League in back-to-back years in 2024 and 2025
- Earned the Chemistry Award, Mission of Jesus Award and four years of Academic Honor Roll
- Also lettered in basketball, helping her team win the 2023 Angelus LeagueÂ
PERSONAL
- Daughter of Rod Sepand and Andrea Sepand, born in Los Angeles
- Has a brother, Isaiah, and a sister, Victoria
- Chose USD because she felt the peace on the campus when she visited and also saw the school as an opportunity to be in a close-knit community while pursuing her education, and enjoyed speaking with Coach Guarino
