Biography
Freshman (2011-12): Rowed with the novice... Competed in the San Diego Crew Classic and WIRA Championships... Named to the WCC Commissioner[apos]s Honor Roll with a 3.57 GPA.
High School: Attended St. Mark[apos]s School... Earned three varsity letters in rowing for head coach Kinne McBride... Competed in the 2nd boat as a junior and senior at NEIRAs... As a junior, raced in the 2nd boat at Founder[apos]s Regatta and the DuPont Cup... During her sophomore year, competed in the 4th boat at NEIRAs, Founder[apos]s, and the DuPont Cup... Also competed in cross country and field hockey.
Personal: Born April 10, 1993 in Evanston, Ill.... Daughter of Marla Heller... Chose USD because the team was exceptionally friendly and she felt at home right away... Also recruited by George Washington and Fairfield University.
