Junior (2013-14): Competed with Novice 8 at Longhorn Invite at No. 2 seat and helped USD beat Central Florida and Kansas State... Helped Open 8+ finish fifth at San Diego Crew Classic Grand Final Carley Copley Cup. Sophomore (2012-13): Rowed with the varsity... Competed in every race in the fall... Raced with the V4 at the Longhorn Invitational... Competed in the San Diego Crew Classic, Oregon State Classic PCRCs and WIRAs. Freshman (2011-12): Rowed primarily with the novice... Competed in the San Diego Crew Classic, UVA Invitational, WIRA Championships and Pacific Coast Rowing Championships. High School: Attended Academy of Our Lady of Peace... Competed with the San Diego Rowing Club for head coach Guillermo Lemus... As a senior, raced with the V8 in the Head of the Charles and the San Diego Crew Classic... Competed with the V8, V2-, V4x in the Southwest Regionals... Named team captain and MVP her senior season, while also completing the Concept 2 Holiday Erg Challenge (200k)... Her team completed the Concept 2 Holiday Challenge (100k)... As a junior, raced with the V8 in the Head of The Charles and San Diego Crew Classic, while racing with the V8 and V4+ in the Southwest Regionals... Named Most Inspirational as a sophomore and the Most Improved Novice Rower following her freshman year... Competed in the Youth Nationals with the V4x boat as a sophomore. Chose USD because of the atmosphere and when she went on a visit she knew she would fit in as if it were home.... Was also recruited by Saint Mary's, Sacrmento State, Seattle Pacific University, Rutgers, Clemson, and San Diego State... Her brother, Matthew, played football at USD. Major: Education
