Biography
FRESHMAN (2021-2022)
- Competed in seven of the Toreros' events in the Novice 8+ and the Novice 4+
- Raced with the USD Novice 8+ at the WIRA Championships
HIGH SCHOOL
- Attended Cherry Creek High School in Denver, Colorado
- Was named to the Principal's Top Ten (valedictorian status), earned a seal of bi-literacy in Spanish, and was a four-year member of the High Honor Roll, the National Honor Society, and the Spanish Honor Society
- Played volleyball for all four years as a starter on varsity
- Helped her team advance to the 5A Colorado State ChampionshipsÂ
PERSONAL
- Born to Jacqueline Murphy and the late Jason Murphy
- Late father played football at Idaho State
- Uncle, Rick Graf played in the NFL for nine years
- Cousins Christine and Kathryn Graf play volleyball at California Baptist and Bradley University, respectively
- Volunteered as a boat inspector for the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Aquatic Nuisance Species Program in high school in addition to volunteering at the Swedish Medical Center
- Enjoys thrifting, sewing, spending time at the beach, and learning how to surf in her free time
