Junior (2013-14): Competed with 2V8 as No. 3 seat at Longhorn Invite and San Diego Crew Classic... Competed with 2V4 as No. 4 seat at Pac-12 Challenge and Lake Natoma Invite... Helped 2V8 beat Central Florida and Kansas State at Longhorn Invite and was part of crew that took fourth in Petite Final at San Diego Crew Classic... Helped 2V4 beat Clemson at Pac-12 Challenge. Sophomore (2012-13): Rowed with the varsity... Competed in the 2V8 at the WCC Championships... Raced in every event in the fall and every varsity race in the spring. Freshman (2011-12): Competed with the varsity... Rowed with the 2V8 that took second in the WCC Championships. High School: Attended Holy Names Academy... Earned four varsity letters for head coach Caitlin McLain... Helped her team take second place in Northwest Regionals as a senior... Also competed in US Junior Nationals and the San Diego Crew Classic... During her senior year, led the the openweight 8+ to Nationals for the first time since 2002... Her boat finished in ninth place at the Head of the Charles. Personal: Born March 25, 1993 in Detroit, Mich.... Daughter of Kristin and Mike Bridges... Chose USD because she loved the rowing program and how the coaches and rowers showed a strong mutual respect for one another... Also recruited by Notre Dame... Has also lived in London, England. Major: Pre-Med Biology
