• WCC Commissioner[apos]s Honor Roll - 2013
Freshman (2012-13): Rowed with the varsity and novice boats... Competed in every race during the fall... Raced in the San Diego Crew Classic, Longhorn Invitational and Oregon State Classic... Named to the WCC Commissioner[apos]s Honor Roll.
High School: Attended Novato High School... Also earned varsity letters in soccer and track... As a senior, rowed with the JV8 that took first at the San Diego Crew Classic... Her JV8 boat finished in second at the Southwest Championships... Her team was second at Youth Nationals as a senior... Her junior year, her crew took first at Youth Nationals and her JV8 captured first at the Southwest Championships... Rowed with the Marin Rowing Association... Was recognized as a student-athlete with a GPA over 3.80.
Personal: Born August 11, 1993 in Greenbrae, Calif.... Daughter of Liza and Steve Andre... Chose USD because she loved the area and the rowing team and coaches... Was also recruited by the Naval Academy, UCLA, Cal and Saint Mary[apos]s... Also enjoys running, climbing and swimming and has been on the volunteer local mountain rescue team for five years.
