Honors & Awards:
• All-WCC - 2013
Senior (2012-13): Named to the All-WCC squad... Raced with the V8 at the WCC Championships... Competed in every race during the fall and every varsity race in the spring.
Junior (2011-12): Rowed with the varsity squad... Helped lead the V8 to their third straight WCC championship.
Sophomore (2010-11): Rowed with the V8 and the 2V8... Helped the 2V8 take gold at WCCs and second place at WIRAs.
Freshman (2009-10): Was a member of the squad that took second-place at WCCs and WIRAs.
High School: Attended Lake Washington High School (Kirkland, Wash.)... helped lead her team to a second-place finish at Regionals as a junior... also earned two varsity letters in volleyball and was named her volleyball team[apos]s Most Improved... rowed with the Sammamish Rowing Association.
Personal: Born August 9th, 1990 in Seattle, Wash.... daughter of Jeff and Donna Dornes... chose USD because it[apos]s close to the water and she really liked the rowing program... was also recruited by Washington State... was named to the Dean[apos]s List in spring 2010.
