Freshman ([apos]10-`11): Rowed with the novice 8... Helped lead the novice 8 to a first place finish at WIRAs. High School: Attended Santa Monica High School where she rowed for head coach Zohar Abramovitz... competed in the fourth seat with the junior varsity eight as a junior and senior and in the second seat as a sophomore... as a freshman competed as the stroke for the novice boat... also rowed for the Marina Aquatic Center. Personal: Born March 23rd, 1992 in Santa Rose, Calif.... parents are Betsy Brock and Dennis Hedgecock... chose USD because she liked the team when she visited the campus and she likes the small class sizes... also recruited by San Diego State, Saint Mary[apos]s, Boston College and Indiana... notes that she lived in France for one year. Major: Pre-nursing.
