What is your most memorable swimming/diving moment? Why? My most memorable swimming moment was when I won 200M breaststroke at Far Westerns the summer before my senior year of high school. I wasn’t expecting to win or improve my time because my team and I had just returned from CA/NV Speedo Sectionals with a best time. My team and coaches were very excited for my first big win.
Describe yourself as an athlete and as a student: I’m a very hard-working student and athlete. As an athlete, I’m very competitive during practice and meets and love to race.

What piece of coaching and/or personal advice has stuck with you over the years? Don’t be upset after a bad race because most likely you will have another chance to swim that event again in the near future.
