Senior (2016-17): Won the 200 breast at the MPSF Championships for the second year in a row (2:13.15)... Part of the 200 medley relay team that set a school record (1:42.57)... Was a 1st team All-MPSF selection in the 200 beast and 200 IM and a second team pick in the 100 breast... Named San Diego Hall of Champions Star of the Month in February 2017 for her performance at the MPSF Championships... Had the team's top time in the 100 breast, 200 breast and 200 IM... Leaves USD with school records in the 100 breast, 200 breast, 200 IM, 200 medley relay, and the 400 medley relay... Named MPSF Scholar-Athlete.

Junior (2015-16): Set school records in the 200 breast (2:11.83) and the 200 IM (1:59.59)... Her time in the 200 breast earned her first place at set a new MPSF Chamionship and East LA College Pool record... Was part of record-breaking 400 medley relay team (3:43.56)... Named first team All-MPSF in the 200 breast and 200 IM... Named second team All-MPSF in the 400 free relay... Had team's fastest time in the 100 breast (1:02.41), 200 breast (2:11.83), the 200 IM (1:59.59), and the 400 IM (4:25.29)... Also part of 200 free relay (1:33.64), 200 medley relay (1:45.49), and 400 free relay (3:23.52)... Named MPSF Student-Athlete of ther Week January 20, 2016... MPSF Scholar Athlete (3.04 GPA).

Sophomore (2014-15): Joined USD in the spring of 2015... Set school records in the 100 (1:02.23) and 200 Breast (2:14.15) at the 2015 MPSF Championships... Was part of the record-breaking 400 medley relay team (3:44.15 with Reierson, Noonan, & Taylor)... Named to the All-MPSF First team in the 100 and 200 Breast after taking second place in both events... Named to the All-MPSF Second Team in the 200 IM after taking fourth place...  Had the team's third best time in the 50 Free (23.95).

Freshman (2013-14): Competed at Michigan her freshman year... Finished in 20th place in the 400-yard IM at the U.S. Winter National Championships (Dec. 5-7) ... Won the 200-yard freestyle and the 200-yard breaststroke at Toledo (Nov. 1 ) ... Placed second in the 200-yard breaststroke against Texas and Indiana (Oct. 25) ... Finished second in both the 200-yard breaststroke and 100-yard butterfly at Minnesota (Oct. 11) ...Made collegiate debut in dual meet vs. Iowa (Sept. 27).

High School: Attended Valley Christian (2013) ... Coached by Robin Dears ... Won the 100-yard breaststroke Arizona Division 2 state championship every year of her high school career (2009-12) ... Became just the ninth person in Arizona history to win an individual event four years in a row at state championships ... 2013 East Valley Tribune Arizona Swimmer of the Year ... Two-time 100-yard butterfly Arizona Division 2 state championship (2010-11) ... 2012 200-yard IM Arizona Division 2 state championship ... Part of the 2009 Valley Christian state championship team.

Personal: Briana Lauren Jurries was born on October 2, 1994 ... Daughter of George Jurries and Cyndie Bomensheakel ... Has one sister, Raegin.
