Biography
HIGH SCHOOL
- Competed at Algona High School under coach Kjerstin Brandt
- First diver in program history to qualify for the IGHSAU state swimming and diving championships
- Four-year IGHSAU state qualifier
- Placed sixth, third, second and first at IGHSAU regional meets
- Earned all-state honorable mention
- Holds the Algona school records in the six-dive at 299.2 and the 11-dive at 440.75
- Also wrestled, winning an individual conference title along with dual-team and team conference championships
- Honor roll student in all four years
CLUB
- Dove for the Midwest Diving Academy under coaches Michael Rettelsdorf and Todd Leutzinger
- Twice qualified for the AAU national championships
