- Daughter of Aleksandar Kukaras
- Has a sister (Karolin Kukaras) that played tennis at Dixie State University
- Father, Alexandar Kukaras, also played tennis in college, at Northwestern State University
- Chose USD for the beautiful campus and great tennis program
- Was recruited by University of Alabama, University of Memphis, UC Santa Barbara, Berry University and University of South Alabama
- Enjoys skiing and spending time with family and friends
