JUNIOR - TRACK (2026)

• Set a 400m school record with a time of 57.38 at the Franson Last Chance Meet (May 8-9) before nearly breaking the 800m record at 2:15.50 
• Also was a leg in the school record 4x400-meter relay with a total time of 4:00.67 at the Leopard Distance Carnival (April 16-17)
• Competed in all seven meets for the Toreros on the season
• Opened her junior season with a 2:22.70 in the 800 meters and a 4:08.22 in the 4x400 meter relay at the PLNU Sea Lion Invite (March 14) 
• Registered a third place finish with a time of 2:18.15 in the 800 meters at the Arnie Robinson Invite (March 20) 
• PRed twice in one day at ther Pomona Pitzer Invite (April 11), first in the 800m with a time of 2:17.64, which marked the 12th-best time in program history, then in the 1500m with a time of 4:49.78, the 28th-best time in program history 
• Recorded USD’s third-best mark in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 4:02.79 at the Steve Scott Invite (May 1-2)
• Also won the fifth heat of the 800 meters at the Steve Scott invite with a time of 2:15.23, USD’s seventh-best 800 meter performance
• Set a school record with a time of 57.38 in the 400 meters at the Franson Last Chance Meet (May 8-9) before nearly breaking the 800 meters at 2:15.50

• Appeared in two races for the Toreros
• Made her season debut at The Master’s Invitational (Sept. 20), with a finishing time of 25:37.5 
• Also competed in the Highlander Invite (Oct. 18), completing the 6K course in 24:28.7

• Competed in 10 races during the track season, but did not compete during the cross country campaign
• Began the season with a personal record and a third-place finish in the second heat of the 800 meters at 2:21.39 during the Riverside City College Invite (Feb. 28) 
• Set a personal record in the 1500m at 5:02.12 during the Aztec Invitational (March 21-22)  
• Logged her first heat victory of the season, finishing the 1500 meters at 4:54.61 during the Triton Invitational (April 4-5)
• Registered a second-straight win with the fastest time in the field and a PR reset in the 800m at 2:19.11 during the Leopard Distance Carnival (April 18)
• Also at the Leopard Distance Carnival, Dow placed second in the 4x400 meter relay along with Curry, Gaspar and Betlach at 4:03.4, which was the third best 4x400 meter relay time in USD program history 

• Competed in seven events across six track meets 
• Recorded a personal-best time of 2:22.19 and a third place finish in the 800m at the Triton Invitational (April 5)
• Logged a personal best in the 1500m at the Leopard DC Carnival Meet (April 12) with a time of 5:02.95, which was also a third-place finish
• Registered a PR in the 400m at the UC Irvine Steve Scott Invite (April 27) with a time of 1:01.78.

• Attended Principia Upper School in Missouri 
• Placed fifth at state during her senior year with a PR of 59.3 in the 400m
• Set a PR of 2:24.53 in the 800m
• Also ran for the St. Louis Warriors Track Club
• Also played varsity volleyball

• Born in Dallas, Texas to Kenny and Velvet Dow
• Father, Kenny, played baseball at Pepperdine 
• Anticipates majoring in marketing 
• Graduated in the top five of her class
• Received Honor Roll recognition for her entire high school career
