Biography

FRESHMAN - TRACK (2026)

  • Helped set a school record in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 4:00.67 at the Leopard Distance Carnival (April 16-17)
  • Wrapped up her freshman campaign with a personal best 2:18.75 in the 800 meters and a 4:04.10 in the 4x400 meter relay at the Franson Last Chance Meet (May 8-9) 
  • Made her collegiate debut at the PLNU Sea Lion Invite (March 14), posting a 2:24.42 in the 800 meters and helping USD’s B team in the 4x400 meter relay to a 4:24.36 time 
  • Shaved two seconds off the following week in the 800 meters, crossing the finish line at 2:22.08 while also contributing to the 4x400 meter relay finish at 4:03.30 during the Arnie Robinson Invite (March 20) 
  • Took more time off her personal record in the 800 meters at 2:20.81 during the Mangrum Invite (March 27) 
  • Broke her 800 meter personal record against at the Pomona Pitzer Invite (April 11), clocking in at 2:19.83, which marked the 19th best time in program history
  • Registered a 2:19.64, breaking another personal record in the 800 meters at the Leopard Distance Carnival (April 16-17)
  • Continued to improve her 800 meter time, crossing the line at 2:18.49 and helped the 4x400 meter relay team record the program’s third best mark in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 4:02.79 to finish third at the Steve Scott Invite (May 1-2)

FRESHMAN - XC (2025)

  • Appeared in two races for the Toreros 
  • Made her collegiate debut at The Master’s Invitational (Sept. 20), completing the 6K course in 25:49.5
  • Also ran in the 6K at the Highlander Invite (Oct. 18) with a finishing time of 24:25.7

HIGH SCHOOL

  • Four-year CIF Scholar Athlete honor while at Notre Dame High School
  • 2023 Most Valuable runner and 2025 Most Valuable Distance Runner Award winner
  • Helped her team win the Mission League in back-to-back years in 2024 and 2025
  • Earned the Chemistry Award, Mission of Jesus Award and four years of Academic Honor Roll
  • Also lettered in basketball, helping her team win the 2023 Angelus League 

PERSONAL

  • Daughter of Rod Sepand and Andrea Sepand, born in Los Angeles
  • Has a brother, Isaiah, and a sister, Victoria
  • Chose USD because she felt the peace on the campus when she visited and also saw the school as an opportunity to be in a close-knit community while pursuing her education, and enjoyed speaking with Coach Guarino
