Chelsea Clarke is a registered dietitian nutritionist who specializes in nutrition for sports performance, disordered eating and eating disorders, relative energy deficiency in sport, and nutrition for mental health. She completed her Master’s degree in Food Policy and Applied Nutrition from Tufts University and Bachelor's of Science in International Agriculture & Environmental Sciences from Cornell University. She has experience working with athletes of all levels from high school to college to professional, in addition to working at all levels of care in behavioral health, eating disorder, and substance use treatment.
In college, she competed in club gymnastics and performed as the only woman in her school's breakdancing crew. Now, she loves to weight train, run with her dog, and learn new skills on aerial rope.
