Chloe Sennes serves as Assistant Director of Administration and Operations at the University of San Diego, a role she has held since September 2025. Sennes oversees, plans and organizes the Athletic Director's business calendar and travel schedule, and provides support for the Athletic Director's membership in organizations, boards and committees both internal and external to the university. She supports the Athletic Director in leading an efficient senior management team and develops strategies around campus collaboration and the gameday experience, analyzing gameday and fan-experience data to support engagement and revenue initiatives.
Sennes previously served as Assistant Director of Development at USD Athletics from May 2024 to September 2025, where she planned and executed donor engagement events — including gameday hospitality, alumni reunions and fundraising galas — and cultivated relationships with alumni, parents and community supporters to grow philanthropic support. She also supervised and mentored development interns and student workers, and collaborated with coaches, administrators and university advancement to align fundraising priorities with departmental goals.
Sennes began her time with USD Athletics as Ticketing Supervisor & Operations from September 2019 to May 2024, where she managed and trained student support staff, assisted with event planning, and coordinated community outreach.
Sennes earned her bachelor's degree in psychology, with a minor in English, from USD in 2023.
