Ken Rancifer serves as Assistant Athletic Director for Development at the University of San Diego, his alma mater, where he leads donor membership programs, annual fund strategy and alumni engagement for the Torero Athletic Fund.
Rancifer's connection to USD runs deep. A four-year student-athlete and team captain for men's basketball from 2009 to 2013, he started 81 of his 122 career games and finished in the program's top 10 for career three-pointers made and attempted. After playing professionally in Switzerland, he returned to USD as a graduate assistant with the men's basketball program before moving into athletic administration, serving as athletic director at Bentley School in Lafayette and later as associate athletic director at Saint Mary's College of California.
Rancifer holds a master's degree in leadership studies and a bachelor's degree in sociology, both from the University of San Diego.
