San Diego, Calif. - The Toreros' men tennis team head to the final match of the WCC Championship against the No. 1 seed, the Pepperdine Waves, after beating No. 2 Santa Clara; 4-0. Jonas Mouly and Charl Wolmarans won their doubles match beating Gallman and Shields from Santa Clara, 8-5. They also both won their singles matches, too. Wolmarans beat Bobby Rasmussen 7-6, 6-4, and Jonas Mouly defeated Jay Wong 6-3, 7-5. USD's next match will be against Pepperdine at 2:30 pm Sunday with the winner earning the league's automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament.
