Two Round results

(Ann Arbor, MI) - The USD golf team finds itself in 13th place (16 teams) after two rounds at the 2008 Wolverine Intercollegiate at the U-M Course in Ann Arbor, Michigan. USD shot team scores of 296 and 289 for a two-round total of 585. Host Michigan is at 557, and is followed by UC Davis (559), Colorado State (568), Cal (569) and Michigan State (569). USD's leaders include Darrin Hall (72-73) and Alex Ching (73-72), both tied at 38th. The two round leader is Michigan's Nick Pumford (66-70) at 6-under 136. He is closely trailed by Ramie Sprinkling of UC Davis at 137 (69-68). USD's lineup is rounded out by Dale Smith (t-47 at 146, 74-72), Jason Shano (t-58 at 149, 77-72) and Kenneth McCready (88th at 158, 77-81). Final round play is tomorrow morning at 8:30 am.
