(Princeville, HI) - The USD Toreros shot a final round team score of 283 and finished in 6th place at the Warrior Princeville Makai Invitational with a three-round team score of 841 (-23). Georgia Tech won the team event at 809 (-55), while Pepperdine's Frederick Wedel won medalist honors at 196 (-20). USD senior
Grant Forrest tied for second at 199 (-17) with rounds of 65-66-68. He was matched by Ollie Schniederjan of Georgia Tech.
Rounding out USD scoring was Alex Chiarella (T19 at 210, 66-72-72), Mathias Dahl (T42 at 216, 70-72-74), Colin Pearson (T50 at 218, 73-74-71) and Daniel Lopez (T61 at 221, 73-76-72). USD freshman Michael Boylan played as an individual and he finished tied for 58th at 220 (74-72-74).
