STOCKTON, Calif. - Caitlin Rooney and Jenny Lahitte hit a pair of seventh inning home runs to help the Toreros (22-19, 7-3) knock off Pacific 4-2 in the first game of their Saturday doubleheader.

Trailing 2-0 in the seventh inning, Caitlin Rooney led off with a solo home run to left field to cut the Tigers' lead in half. After the next two batters were retired, the Toreros were down to their last out. After Danielle Mavridis was hit by a pitch and Kylie Ordos singled, Coach McElvain elected to pinch hit Jenny Lahitte, who hit a three run home run to left field.

Cassidy Coleman (12-9) picked up her 12th win of the season after holding Pacific to two runs on seven hits, while striking out nine.
