This 4 day camp is an excellent opportunity for players to develop their skills in all areas of the game.
The camp staff will emphasize hitting, fielding, base running and throwing fundamentals through drills, proper practice techniques, game situations, and video evaluation.

Full day campers will have the opportunity to showcase their skills during games each day. Campers are divided by age and ability for games and drills.

9:15 -- 9:30 AM Dynamic Stretch

9:30 -- 10:00 AM Catch Play/Baserunning

10:00 -- 12:00 PM Defense/Offense Rotation

12:00 -- 12:30 PM Lunch (BRING YOUR OWN)

12:30 -- 2:30 PM Simulated Games

2:30 -- 2:45 PM Clean Up

2:45 -- 3:00 PM Day Wrap Up


Equipment
Each camper must bring his own baseball equipment. Players should bring a glove, cleats/spikes, running shoes or turf shoes, hat, helmet, bat, batting gloves and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Please mark camper's names on all items. The camp is not responsible for lost belongings.

Facilities
Fowler Park, will be home to USD Baseball camps. In addition to Fowler Park, auxiliary fields on USD's campus may be used. Indoor facilities are available should inclement weather arise.


Become a Torero Camp

Become A Torero Camp is the perfect setting to display your skills and your game to college coaches and professional scouts.

Created specifically for high school players, campers will be given the opportunity to showcase their abilities in a pro style workout and in game situations for the camp staff. Camp personnel will include the USD baseball staff along with other college coaches. Campers will rotate between stations and playing games at Fowler Park. Campers must provide their own transportation for this camp as they will rotate throughout the day.

This camp is designed for the player who is serious about taking their game to the next level and who desires "exposure" to college baseball coaches from all levels.
