Anthony Lawrence threw for 425 yards and tied his career-high of four touchdown passes to lead San Diego to a dominating, 49-10, victory against Stetson.Â
• Lawrence finished the day 27-of-32 for 425 yards with four touchdown passes, one rushing touchdown and a career-high 450 yards of total offense. His 27 completions are also a career high.

• Lawrence moved into second place in Torero all-time passing yards with 9,772, passing Josh Johnson (2004-07) who had 9,699.

Michael Bandy was Lawrence's primary target for the second game in a row. Bandy pulled down eight catches for 135 yards and two touchdowns.

Michael Armstead contributed a career-high four catches and 77 yards, while
Christian Brooks and
Dalton Kincaid caught a touchdown apiece. It was the second touchdown of the season for Kincaid and the first for Brooks.

Terrence Smith did a majority of the damage in the run game with seven rushes for 83 yards and two touchdowns. He averaged 11.7 yards per carry.

• The Toreros (2-2, 1-0 PFL) defense was excellent and limited the Hatters (3-1, 1-1 PFL) to 339 total yards, including just 89 on the ground.
Kama Kamaka led the stout defensive effort with a team-high 11 tackles, including one for a five-yard loss.

• USD is 11-0 all-time against Morehead State and won last year's meeting, 56-27. The Toreros have outscored the Eagles by at least 21 points in each of the past three meetings.

• USD is in its 56th season of play, and 26th season as a member of the Pioneer Football League in 2018.
