• Season-high eight tackles against Dayton (Oct. 13)
• Forced a fumble at UC Davis (Sept. 8) and grabbed an interception at Drake (Nov. 3)
• Season-high three pass break-ups at UC Davis (Sept. 8) and at Marist (Nov. 17)
• Returned 13 punts for 110 yards (8.5 per return, 10.0 return yards per game)

• Seventh on the team with 44 tackles, including 33 solo tackles
• Third on the team with six pass breakups 
• Grabbed two interceptions and contributed 34 return yards
• Forced two fumbles and picked up one fumble recovery 

• Appeared in 10 games and chipped in 9 tackles (5 solo), two pass breakups and two passes defended

• During Tolbert’s time at Loyola High School in Northridge, California he was named All-League as a senior while his team completed the season 9-3

• Tolbert signed with USD alongside his twin brother, Daniel Tolbert – both as defensive backs
• He came to USD for the football program, great weather and strong academics
