RESULTS 
SAN DIEGO - Nico Borter and Pratt Keerasuntonpong won their doubles match and each of their singles matches to lead No. 39 San Diego to a 4-1 victory at San Francisco on Saturday.
Borter and Keerasuntonpong accounted for three of the Toreros (10-7, 4-0 WCC) four points on the day and won their third consecutive match at the No. 2 position.
"We competed with great intensity and committed to playing percentage tennis in tough conditions," said head coach Ryan Keckley. "I was proud of our boys coming through to take the doubles point as well. Nico and Pratt came up with some big shots to put us up 1-0 heading into singles."
Borter won his singles match at the No. 3 position, defeating the Dons (6-14, 2-4 WCC) Oliver Poysti, 7-6 (1), 6-1. He has won seven of his past 10 matches.
Keerasuntonpong defeated Marco Barretto at the No. 6 spot, 6-1, 6-4.
The Toreros have won four straight matches and improved to 4-0 in WCC play.
USD took an early 1-0 lead when it won the doubles point. Along with Borter and Keerasuntonpong's victory, Alex Araouzos and David Norfeldt won their match at the No. 3 position, 6-3.
The Toreros doubled its lead quickly when Araouzos earned a dominating, 6-1, 6-4, victory against Paul Giraud in the fifth position. Araouzos has won five straight matches at the No. 5 spot.
USD had its lead cut in half, however, when Mert Zincirli defeated Joel Gamerov at No. 2, 6-3, 6-3.
Keerasuntonpong and Borter wrapped up their matches in straight sets to secure the 4-1 decision for the Toreros.
