SAN DIEGO—The Toreros return home to take on the Pacific Tigers after spending this week on the road. The match will take place at 7 p.m. on Friday inside of Torero Stadium for Senior Night. USD's four seniors will be honored during the pregame ceremony: Michaela Foster, Judith Sorribes, Michayla Herr, and Madison Louderback.

San Diego (6-9, 1-5) is looking to end the season on a positive note with three games left this year. The Tigers (10-4-2, 4-5-0) are coming off a loss at home to San Francisco and will finish two of three games of the season on the road.

ALL-TIME SERIES VERSUS PACIFIC
The Toreros are 12-1-1 against the Tigers all-time, with the program's most recent meeting on April 13, 2021, ending in a tie 0-0 in 2OT at home. San Diego's most recent win against Pacific was in November 2019 at Stockton.

LAST TIME OUT
USD lost a tough match against Gonzaga in Spokane this past Saturday 0-1.

Gonzaga scored 15 seconds into the first period with a quick shot.

The Toreros put up a tough fight getting multiple shots in at the goal from Michayla Herr at 28:55, followed by Ariana Scholten at 32:11, Lexi Nobles at 37:21, and Herr again at 38:02 mark.

Sorribes defended the goal from eight shots and held Gonzaga to one goal at the 45-minute mark.

San Diego fought hard by firing off shots in the second period. The Toreros came up short after Mia Castillo's shot was saved by Gonzaga at the 85:35 minute mark.

Sorribes ended the match with 5 saves against Gonzaga.

After hosting the Tigers, USD will stay at Torero Stadium to play Saint Mary's on Wednesday, November 3. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. PST.
