SAN DIEGO—The Toreros (6-9-1, 1-5-1) fought hard against the Pacific Tigers (10-4-3, 2-3-2) resulting in a draw, 0-0, in double overtime at Torero Stadium on Friday night. San Diego's high energy from Senior Night translated onto the field as they out-shot the Tigers 20 to 10. Redshirt Junior Judith Sorribes earned a clean sheet with her tenacious defense on the field.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• 3:23 minutes into the first half, Aryssa Mahrt set the tone with a low center shot.
• Lexi Nobles, Bella Piete, Aryssa Mahrt, and Becca Valdez led the Toreros with three shots each.
• Mia Castillo and Delaney Jannone each had two shots on the goal.
• Judith Sorribes saved four goals in the 110 minutes played.

TORERO TIDBITS

• This is the second time the Toreros and Tigers' game resulted in a draw; the first time was on April 10, 2020, at Knoles Field.
