Bird, Edwards, Neubert, and Gorman Set Career-Highs in Win Over Idaho

IDAHO—The Toreros (2-1, 0-0 WCC) beat the Idaho Vandals (1-1, 0-0 Big Sky Conference) 66-46 at ICCU Arena in Moscow, ID on Sunday afternoon. San Diego played phenomenally with Kendall Bird, Jordyn Edwards, Kasey Neubert, and Steph Gorman setting career-highs in points scored, steals, and assists.

Kendall Bird led the Toreros' offense with a career high of 19 points followed by Jordyn Edwards with 11 and Kasey Neubert with 10. As a team, San Diego shot 68.4 percent which is the highest percentage of the season thus far. Defensively, the Toreros out-rebounded the Vandals 45 to 34.
