Â
ALL-TIME SERIES AGAINST PRESBYTERIAN
• Saturday is the first meeting between the Toreros and the Blue Hose.
Â
PRESBYTERIAN JOINS THE PIONEER FOOTBALL LEAGUE
• In 2019, the Pioneer Football League Commissioner presidents' council agreed to accept Presbyterian College's request for membership, effective for the fall 2021 season. However, after the 2020 season was delayed due to the COVID-19 epidemic, the league's presidents' council agreed to include Presbyterian as part of a scheduling agreement.
Â
• Presbyterian is playing a complete PFL schedule as part of the scheduling agreement but is ineligible for the PFL regular-season title or the league's automatic qualifying spot in the FCS Playoffs for the Spring 2021 season. Games played by PFL members against Presbyterian will count in the league standings toward determining a league champion; however, they do not count toward the extension or ending of any league streaks. Presbyterian will not accrue a PFL record this season. The Blue Hose's student-athletes are eligible for weekly and year-end awards.
LOOKING AHEAD
• San Diego will return to Torero Stadium for back-to-back home contests. USD will play host to Davidson on April 3 with kickoff scheduled for 3 p.m. (PT). The Toreros will look to break the FCS record for consecutive conference wins with a victory against the Wildcats.
Â

• With the win on March 20 against Butler, USD's 39-game conference winning streak tied the longest in FCS history and is third-longest in Division I.Â

• Since 2014, USD has won 47 of its last 48 PFL games (.979 winning pct. over that stretch).
