SAN DIEGO — San Diego baseball (20-8, 6-4 WCC) dropped a 12-1 decision to San Francisco (14-16, 9-4 WCC) on Friday night, marking just the team's second loss of the season at Fowler Park.
The Dons plated runs in every inning except for the sixth and the eighth, and bolstered their lead with a four-run second inning.

Eddy Pelc turned in USD's most effective outing of the evening on the mound, throwing 2.2 innings in relief while allowing an earned run on two hits with two strikeouts.
