SAN DIEGO — San Diego men's soccer returns home for a pair of matches at Torero Stadium this weekend, taking on CSU Bakersfield on Friday evening before a Sunday afternoon matchup against UC Davis.
Kickoff against the Roadrunners is set for 5 p.m., and the Toreros' game versus the Aggies will get going at 1 p.m. Both matches will be streamed live on the WCC Network, and live stats will be provided on

ALL-TIME SERIES VERSUS CSU BAKERSFIELD
USD is 3-1-1 against the Roadrunners all-time, with the two programs' most recent meeting coming in October of 1995, a 0-2 Torero loss in San Diego.
Each of the Toreros' four previous matchups with CSU Bakersfield came in the 1990s, and USD outscored the Roadrunners 12-8 in that span.
All four of USD's past games versus CSU Bakersfield have been at Torero Stadium.
ALL-TIME SERIES VERSUS UC DAVIS
USD is 3-1-2 against the Aggies all-time, with the two programs' most recent meeting coming in September of 2019, a 1-0 San Diego victory at Torero Stadium.
The Toreros are currently on a two-game win streak against UC Davis that dates back to a 2-1 win at Aggie Soccer Field in September 2017.
Previous to that matchup, the Toreros and the Aggies posted back-to-back double-overtime draws, one in Davis and one in San Diego.
USD's only loss against UC Davis came in September 2008, a double-overtime decision.
LAST TIME OUT
The Toreros dropped a close, 2-1 decision to California Baptist last time out on Monday, September 6.
USD was tied with the Lancers at the half after
Nicklas Clausen scored in the 15th minute to give the Toreros a short-lived 1-0 advantage.
San Diego was unable to pull ahead and secure the win after California Baptist scored in the 24th and 72nd minutes to earn the 2-1 victory.
