SAN DIEGO – Fresh off a draw at Saint Mary's, the San Diego women's soccer program (2-10-4, 0-5-1 WCC) returns home to Torero Stadium to honor its senior class and face off with San Francisco (6-5-5, 1-3-2 WCC) on Saturday at 1 p.m.
LAST TIME OUT
The Toreros had to recover from two, one goal deficits, but met the challenge on each occasion and earned a 2-2 draw at Saint Mary's last weekend. Senior
Delaney Jannone scored a sparkling right-footed flick past the goalkeeper on a great pass from
Ashley Wright, while freshman
Cameryn Maddox scored her team-leading third on a pass from
Maronne Suzuki. Freshman goalkeeper
Sophine Kevorkian recorded seven saves in net.

TORERO TIDBITS
- Kevorkian currently ranks second in the West Coast Conference in three categories: total saves (80), saves per game (5.00) and total minutes played (1373:54). Between Kevorkian and Casto, the Toreros rank second in the WCC in team saves per game (5.56) and rank 45th in the NCAA.
- Kevorkian is closing in on the single season record books at San Diego, as she is five saves away from reaching a tie for 10th on the single season charts (85 saves) with Danielle Lopez (1992) and Michelle Craft (2015).
- Maddox currently ranks in a tie for sixth in points among freshman in the WCC with eight. Maddox has the most points by a Torero freshman since Michaela Dooley's 13 in 2013.
