SAN DIEGO — The Toreros defeated Saint Mary's 10-2 in the second game and fell short 7-1 in the first game. Noelle Hee led the Toreros at the plate with two doubles, one home run, and four hits.

• Courtney Rose started in the circle for the Toreros. 
• Madison Earnshaw replaced Rose in the circle in the top of the fourth. 
• In the bottom of the fourth, Joecellia Roberts singled up the middle.
