Women’s Basketball Travels to CSUN on Sunday

SAN DIEGO – The San Diego women's basketball program (3-6, 0-0 WCC) heads back out on the road on Sunday, facing CSUN (2-5, 0-0 Big West) at 2 p.m., as they look to get back in the win column.
 
LAST TIME OUT
  • The Toreros got a career-best performance from Veronica Sheffey, but could not hang on to a fourth quarter lead, falling 67-63 to San Diego State on Thursday.
  • Sheffey went for a career-high 23 points and eight assists, with 19 points coming in the first half to contribute 50 percent of the Toreros first half points.

  • San Diego is looking to make it 10 wins in a row against CSUN and hold a 19-4 edge in the all-time series.
