  • After four lead changes in the second quarter, the Zags created a little bit of breathing room with a 10-3 run.
  • Five points in the final four minutes from Kylie Horstmeyer helped the Toreros keep the game close, as Gonzaga led 38-32 at the half.
  • San Diego would open the third quarter on fire, jumping out on 8-2 run to tie the game at 40-40 with 4:46 left in the period.
  • Despite more points from Pace, the Bulldogs started to pull away entering the fourth quarter.
  • The lead would slowly grow and ballooned to as high as 18 points late in the fourth.
  • San Diego finished the game with six straight points, but could claw their back into the game.
