SAN DIEGO — San Diego football (0-3, 0-0 PFL) is set to conclude a three-game homestand on Saturday afternoon against Dayton, hosting the Flyers (2-1, 0-0 PFL) for the Brian Fogarty PFL Classic as Pioneer Football League play gets underway at Torero Stadium.

• After both teams punted on their next few possessions, Princeton found the end zone again, this time from 32 yards out to take a 14-6 lead with less than five minutes in the first half.Â
• Heading into halftime, junior USD kicker Aidan Lehman made a 44-yard field goal with six seconds remaining, cutting the deficit down to 14-9 after two quarters.Â
• San Diego got the ball to start the second half but was forced to punt, leading to a third Tiger third touchdown that extended their lead to 21-9.Â
• USD answered with a 48-yard field goal before a safety for the Tigers made the final score 23-12 in the Toreros' last non-conference contest of 2023.
