SAN DIEGO — Racing in their final event of the fall, the San Diego women's rowing team put together a quality effort as they competed at the 2024 Fall Classic on Sunday morning in Mission Bay.  

In total, the Toreros had 12 boats in action this weekend, with a few standout performances that included the First Novice 8+ boat which finished in first place for their race. USD also received tremendous performances from all three of their Open 2+ Crews as they finished in the top three for their respective event. 

The Toreros Novice 8+ boat was rowed by: Hava Appleyard, Marley Parks, Paige Gonor, Skye Lang, Esme Oxman, Leilani Gillespie, Aurora MacDonald, Michaela Jones and Ruby Church.
