Track & Field Wraps Up Season After NCAA West Regional

FAYETTEVILLE, AR — Daniella Hubble competed in the 3km steeplechase at the NCAA West Regionals yesterday evening on the Randal Tyson Track at the University of Arkansas.

"It was an emotional day at the track," said head coach William Guarino after the event. "I can't express how proud I am of Daniella. She's had an outstanding year, and it's incredible what we've been able to accomplish without even a home track to practice on."

Daniella ran an 11:21.15 at the meet, but had previously set the school record at the Francis Last Chance & Multis Meet on May 11th with a time of 10:30.20.

"It's a bittersweet time," Guarino continued. "We have some talented runners graduating, but I'm also really excited for our future. Now it's time for our athletes to start training for the cross country season."

The rest of the team ran their final meet at the Occidental Invitational on Saturday, May 4th. The results for that meet are below.
