SAN DIEGO — San Diego volleyball has announced the signing of setter Jocelyn Guo, who will join the Toreros as a freshman for the 2026 season.
Guo, who hails from Calgary, Alberta, Canada, attended Western Canada High School, where she was a two-time CSHSAA Division 1 City Champion and helped lead her senior team to an ASAA 4A Girls Provincial Championship. She earned CSHSAA All-Star Selects honors in 2025, was named a St. Francis Tournament All-Star, and received the Western Canada Athletics Ernie Tsu Award. Guo was also a two-time WCHS Athlete of the Year nominee.
On the club side, she competed for Canuck U18, winning the Royal Rumble Invitational and finishing first in Volleyball Alberta Premiers Division 1 competition in 2026. She also represented Team Alberta on the provincial stage, finishing fourth at the Canada Cup in both 2024 and 2025. Academically, Guo was a three-year member of the WCHS Honour Society and a two-time recipient of the WCHS Citizenship Award.
Guo and the Toreros will begin their 2026 campaign in August.
