SOPHOMORE (2014): Played in 52 games with 52 starts... hit .298 with three homeruns, two triples, seven doubles, and 29 RBI... named All-WCC honorable mention...went 3-for-5 with two RBI against New Mexico (2/16)... went 3-for-5 with one triple and two RBI against Northern Kentucky (2/21)... went 3-for-5 with one homerun and two RBi against Brigham Young University (3/13)... went 4-for-4 with one double against Washington State (3/18)... went 3-for-4 with one double and two RBI against San Francisco (3/28)... went 3-for-5 with two RBI against Portland (4/13)... went 2-for-4 with one homerun and one RBI against Saint Mary[apos]s (5/2).
FRESHMAN (2013): Played at Grossmont College...hit .405 with 60 hits, four doubles, one triple, 21 RBI, and stole nine bases.
HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at University City High School...as a senior, he hit .340, while helping lead his team to the CIF finals, before falling to Cathedral Catholic... also lettered in basketball.
PERSONAL: Kyle Holder was born on May 25, 1994 in San Diego, Calif....he is the son of Robert and Stacey Holder...was also recruited by UNLV, UC Irvine, UC Santa Barbara, Kansas, UC Riverside and Washington...chose to attend USD because of the baseball program and because he believes USD is an overall amazing school.
