USD: The 2011 campaign will be his fourth and final year with the Toreros at cornerback...Has appeared in all 11 games for each of the last three seasons... This past season ranked second on the team with 48 tackles (32 solo)... Team-best 6 interceptions (66 yards in return) including a 54-yard return for a TD against Morehead State... Chipped in with 4 pass breakups... Season-best 10 tackles (8 solo) against UC Davis... Added 8 tackles at Drake... In 2009, ranked fifth on the team with 41 tackles (31 solo, 10 assisted)...The 31 solo tackles ranked him second on the team as well...Tied for the team-lead in interceptions with two...Led the team with nine pass breakups...Recorded a season-high and a career-high-tying eight tackles and a pass breakup at Northern Colorado... Made four solo tackles, forced a fumble, and registered a pass breakup at Dayton... Named 2008 Pioneer Football League Freshman Defensive Player of the Year, and 2nd Team All-PFL on defense...Recipient of team[apos]s Most Outstanding 1st Year Player Award in 2008...In 2008, ranked 4th in the PFL and 15th in the NCAA with 5 interceptions for 94 yards... He returned two picks for touchdowns (37 yards vs. Morehead State; 57 yards vs. Dayton)...Personal-best 2 interceptions against Dayton... Ranked 3rd on the team with 47 tackles (39 solo), including personal-best 8 stops vs. Drake.

High School: Attended Santa Monica HS where he was a three-year varsity letterman in both football and track... Senior year earned All-Ocean League honors after totaling 65 tackles, 8 interceptions and 24 pass break-ups... Junior year totaled 57 stops and 18 pass break-ups... In track earned Captains Award and Pat Cody Memorial Scholarship Coaches award.

Personal: Born on August 13, 1990 in Nigeria... Parent is Suebat Suleman... Chose USD for great school and to be close to home... Also recruited by Nebraska, Oregon, Oregon State and San Diego State... Besides football enjoys, listening to music and volunteering at Pop Warner football practices.
